In the library of the yarrow
I reply to the king
that I am still thinking
about the enacted laws But I already signed them!
Knowing that they are outdated
or provisional, we know so much
but often just not
whether the laws are good, maybe
we build on on laurelled foolishness
Expensive refinements
do not help, with warranties
they just keep the gaps open
We would better
spend the money
on other laws
knowing not to know
what we do not know, and yet
willing to be liable, together
under the yarrow
