Zywa Body

There was a girl looking at me
when I walked in for water
Distant rapture in her eyes

I took slow steps
with high knees, and along
I waved with long wayang arms

Like an office ballerina
from the Ministry of Silly Walks
I offered her the glass of water

A little later I took her hand
I pulled her up, closed my eyes
and unleashed my skin and my muscles

My voice takes part
and my weight moves
like air, sometimes I flow

out and I squirm
across the ground like a pig
or I jump bursts around

until I get thirsty
ease off little by little
and slowly open my eyes
